ZAP Consulting, a leading national insurance claims consulting firm, has reached a milestone this year, celebrating its 10th Anniversary.

CHARLOTTE, NC (February 26, 2020) -- ZAP announced today that it has achieved a major milestone: 10 years of successful business operation. The consulting firm, originally launched to service the Carolinas, has grown into an expert powerhouse with over 3,000 technicians.

ZAP Consulting was founded because they recognized there was no other company focusing on helping adjusters facilitate a way to quickly resolve electronics, appliance, and HVAC claims. Over the decade, ZAP has expanded to offer these services nationally and currently works with over 100 insurance companies.

"To say that I am impressed by my team's success over the past ten years would be an enormous understatement," said Jason Rankin, Founder and CEO of ZAP. "I am equally grateful to all of the clients and talented employees who supported us along the way."
